Anh Pham.

I started in energy and offshore project delivery, moved through retail compliance and localisation, and eventually found my way into digital product work.

It doesn't look coherent on the surface, but underneath it: I enjoy understanding complicated systems, working across different groups, and making decisions when the answer is not obvious.

Outside work, I translate books from English to Vietnamese (been doing that for 8 years), read (big fan of Haruki Murakami), run (or at least try to), and play games with my daughter on our Switch 2 (we're both huge fans of Pokemon).
