Context
Lumin Sign is an e-signature SaaS product. My role expanded from core signing into API, authentication, credential and identity-related initiatives within a broader digital-trust direction.
What I owned
- Product strategy and delivery priorities across several digital and data product areas.
- Direction for a 12-person cross-functional team across engineering, design and QA.
- Synthesis of product analytics, customer feedback, sales signals and research into roadmap priorities and acceptance criteria.
What the full case study still needs
A safe-to-publish project boundary, approved visuals, precise measurement definitions, and a clear explanation of trade-offs rather than a list of responsibilities.
