First public API integration

Led delivery of Lumin Sign's first public API integration, helping secure a property-management partnership and open a new commercial path.

The opportunity

A partner needed signing capabilities embedded into its workflow. That required more than exposing endpoints: the product, technical and commercial experience had to work as one system.

My contribution

  • Led product delivery for the first public integration.
  • Worked across customer need, platform feasibility and partnership outcomes.
  • Helped translate the integration into a repeatable product direction rather than a one-off build.

Outcome

The integration helped secure the Renti partnership, expand market presence and open a new revenue path. The complete case study should add the decision sequence and implementation constraints once those details are cleared for publication.
